Hiking and tourism

Since we are a company of nature lovers it is more than obvious that we organize several excursions and outings every year. During a year's time we usually take up the task of arranging one or two longer, several day excursions to the wonderful snowcapped mountains of the High Tatras, Transylvania or the Alps, beside these we generally organize several one day outings as well. These shorter excursions include visiting the mountain ranges of Northern Hungary or some of the nearer nature reserves.

A more serious form of nature hiking is the so called accomplishment tour which attracts several of our members each year. In the beginning Kathy Zsolt and Virág József, later Tatár Antal was responsible for organizing the participations on accomplishment tours. Our members have attended a number of different tours like Mátra Bérc 56 and Zemplén 50 in the Northern Mountains or Beac Maxi and Kinizsi 100 near Budapest. Beside the national accomplishment tours some of our members have been in tours abroad, for example in Romania where our participation on the accomplishment tours was arranged by the Transylvanian Carpathian Association (Erdélyi Kárpát Egyesület).
